Ghostriders tied Kimberley 3-3 last night by scoring the only goal in the third. Scoring in the third vs the Nitro's didn't happen very often last season. Brandon Youngson started the game in net, longtime Rider fans may remember Brian Youngson, he played one season on the blue line with the Ghost in 1999-2000. The team won the AWHL Championship and were the best ever Jr "A" Ghostrider team.
Jeff Orser finished the game in net for the Riders and Taylor Sincennes was named as the 3rd star by Taylor Rocca. You can read his write up here Coach Mohr says that Sam Plaquin also had a great game.
The Riders host Golden today at 4:00, expect to see the Riders lineup that will be very close to their opening day lineup next Saturday.
