The Ghostriders Mack Differenz (Lagace- Titus) scored in the first minute of play then half way through the third Justin Peers (Lagace- Titus) scored on the PP for a 2-0 Rider lead.

The Dynamiters made it interesting when Terrell Clarricoates  (Chabot) scored on the PP with 3:32 left in the game ruining Brandon Butler's shutout but Butler didn't break and stopped 10 of 11 third period shots for the Riders first road win of the year.

A fair number of PIM and the shots ended up  29-21 Fernie after the Riders had outshot Kimberley 25-10 in the first two periods.

Brandon Butler had the win in net and Mitch Traichevich went the distance for the Nitros.

Beaver Valley outshot Nelson 43- 24 and get a 3-1 home ice win against Nelson. BV's Talon Kramer and Nelson's Jason Sanhu were the Players of the Game in net. Before the game Nelson's Head Coach had this to say in the local paper. Looks like fun this year with these two teams.
“There’s always incentive to beat Beaver Valley for a number of reasons . . . none more than attitude,” DiBella explained.
“At the end of the we all need to answer to a code of conduct which I don’t always agree transpires in (Beaver Valley). So from a personal level it would do me great service to see us win every time we play BV this year.”

Kamloops gets a 6-0 win at home vs Sicamous. Aris Anagnostopoulos  gets the shutout. Kamloops only had 15 skaters Kole Comin had 2 goals.
